Refund policy
RefundsÂ
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item if there is a problem with your order. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (where the item has not already been dispatched) except for any supplementary costs arising.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for custom made items, unless faulty. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom made items if you have ordered the incorrect size, colour or any other error on your part. You must notify us of any faults within 14 days of receiving your order.
All ready to ship items will only be refunded if, upon return, they are in their original packaging and unopened. You must send the goods back in their original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.Â
If you have already received the goods:
- You are liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods returning from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- You will not be reimbursed any postage, customs or other fees incurred in conjunction with your purchase.Â
- If the goods are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or deduct a reasonable sum from your refund.Â
