Please measure your pet's neck, using a fabric tape measure, and ensure you are able to fit two fingers between the tape measure and your pet's neck. If your pet is nearing the end of a size, please opt for the bigger size and let us know exact measurements in your order notes - we will create a custom fitting collar for you. 

Unless stated otherwise (e.g. ready to ship or no option for a neck size to be inputted on the product listing), our items are handmade to order which means you can provide your dog's neck size. 

For adjustable collars, the neck size you provide will be the middle hole, with 2-4 holes either side for adjustment. 

For Quick release collars, the neck size you provide will not be adjustable. The collar will be made to those exact measurements. 

We may be able to accomodate custom larger or smaller sizes in some situations (subject to an additional charge). The largest size we cater to as standard is 22-26", any size larger than this will require a custom order. We have created the following guide for collar widths, but please consider the strength and size of your dog: 

• 16mm is suitable for most miniature breeds and puppies; 
• 19mm is suitable for most dog breeds, and is a 'standard' collar width; 
• 25mm is suitable for larger or fluffier dogs, or for a 'chunky' look to ensure the collar stands out. We do not reccomend this size for very small dogs as the hardware can be heavy on their necks; 
• 38mm is extremely chunky and perfect for very fluffy or large breed dogs; 
• Hound collars are specifically designed for sighthounds and long-necked dogs. 

For leads: 

• 16mm is suitable for miniature - small breeds and puppies; 
• 19mm is suitable for small - medium dogs, or dogs which are not prone to pulling; 
• 25mm is suitable for medium - large breed dogs. 

If your dog is prone to pulling, or is extremely strong, please contact us before placing your order. 

Glitter & Shimmer Collars 

Our glitter and shimmer collars are 100% genuine Biothane, coated with your choice of glitter or shimmer. They have been finished with a weatherproof sealant. 

Please treat these collars with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and dirt. If your collar does get wet, wipe the glitter or shimmer with a damp cloth. Do not wipe or dry with tissue as this can get stuck to the glitter or shimmer. Do not rub or scrub as this could result in the colour coming away. 

Embroidered Collars 

Our embroidered collars are 100% genuine Biothane, stitched with cotton thread. They can be wiped clean with care. Do not scrub or rub at the stitching as this could result in it coming away or unstitched. 

Our coated Biothane and splatter products are made from 100% genuine Biothane, coated with a waterproof colouring and finished with a waterproof sealant. Whilst we have thoroughly tested these products, and ensured they are finished to the best possible quality, please note that colours may fade with use. 

Please treat these collars with more care than usual and do not frequently expose to water and other elements. Carefully wash these collars using water and a damp cloth and do not rub/scrub the coating as this may result in colour transfer/the coating coming away. 

Our I.D. tags are handstamped and polished prior to sending. 

Scratches and scuff marks are bound to appear with general wear and tear with all items being made from either Aluminium, Copper or Brass. 

However, you can clean and polish your tags using any metal polish suitable for these metals, a microfibre cloth and some elbow grease! . (e.g. Brasso, Mothers Mag etc.) 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, some products can take up to 4-6 weeks to dispatch, depending on the product.

Any items for pre-order or specific offers will state the estimated lead times on the respective product listing where applicable. 

Turnaround times exclude delivery time. Different delivery options are available at the checkout. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. 

Any items which are faulty upon arrival are entitled to a refund, provided the customer provides us with proof of the fault. 

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any items which have been custom made to order. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we may be able to offer an exchange for the corect size in some circumstances, but this will be at the customer's expense.

We currently offer shipping to most countries including Europe, USA and Canada.

Any orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to government fees upon arrival. Check your government website for more information on fees and customs charges before ordering and note that we are not liable for any additional delivery, customs or other charges payable.
