Christmas Information

Cut off dates

With the christmas rush, we always recommend opting for tracked delivery.

We cannot guarantee that any items will arrive in time for Christmas, but please use the following guide:

For domestic orders

  • Custom orders placed before 20th November 2023 are estimated to arrive before 22nd December 2023.

For international orders

  • Custom orders placed before 15th November 2023 are estimated to arrive before 22nd December 2023, if using express shipping.

We recommend that, if you want a custom item in time for Christmas, you order well in advance of the above dates.

Ready to ship items

This year, we will also have a range of ready to ship items to try and beat the Christmas rush and help you to receive your Christmas dog gifts in time for the big day!

Please bare in mind that domestic royal mail shipping will be particularly busy around the festive season.
